Health and wellness are at the heart of the Creators Weekend Retreat, and we’re bringing the heat from the moment the day begins. Think sunrise workouts, Pilates, yoga, mobility sessions, breathwork and high energy training, all set against the backdrop of AYÀ Resort.

Who is responsible

This site is published by MICA — Mediterranean Influencers Creators Association, [MICA to confirm] registered address, [MICA to confirm] company registration number, [MICA to confirm] contact email.

If you have a question about anything below, or you want to exercise any of the rights described further down, write to that address.

What this site collects

Nothing. This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no comment fields and no payment handling. It does not ask you for your name, your email address or anything else, and there is no server here that could store it if it did — the site is a set of static files.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, processes the technical information any web server sees in order to deliver the page to you: your IP address, the browser and operating system you are using, and which files you requested. That processing is necessary to serve the site at all, and Cloudflare acts as our processor for it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Nothing here follows you between sites or builds a profile of you.

It loads one script from our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which counts page views. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and collects no personal data — it cannot identify you or follow you anywhere else.

The one thing stored on your device is a record of your own choice about motion, kept in your browser’s local storage so the page does not ask you again. It never leaves your device and it is not readable by us.

If we later add audience measurement, it will be a cookieless, privacy-preserving tool, and we will ask you about it before it runs.

The photo frame tool

The frame tool asks you to choose a photo, and that is the only thing on this site that ever does. It is worth being exact about what happens to it: your browser reads the file from your own device, draws it onto the frame there, and hands the result back to you to save or to share. It is never uploaded. No server of ours receives it, no server of anyone else’s receives it, and nothing about it is stored or remembered — reload the page and it is gone.

Where you send the finished image afterwards is between you and whichever app you choose.

Buying a pass

Tickets are not sold on this site. Every purchase link opens the XO app, which is operated independently of us. Once you follow that link you are on their service, under their privacy policy and their terms, and anything you enter there — your name, your payment details — is handled by them and never passes through this site.

We receive from XO only what we need to run the event, such as the list of attendees.

Photography at the event

The weekend is photographed and filmed, and those images are used to promote future events. If you would prefer not to appear in them, tell the registration desk when you arrive and tell any photographer who approaches you.

Your rights

Cyprus is in the EU, so the GDPR applies. You can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to the contact address above and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Changes

If this notice changes before the event, the date at the top of it changes with it.

Tickets

Passes are sold through the XO app, and your purchase is a contract with XO and with us under the terms shown there — including their refund and transfer rules. Read them before you buy; we cannot vary them for you afterwards.

Prices on this page are shown in euro and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

The programme may change

Times, sessions, speakers and activities are the plan as it stands and may change. We will keep this page current, but an event is a live thing and the running order on the day is the one that applies.

If the event is cancelled outright, refunds are handled under the ticketing terms you agreed to at purchase.

Conduct

Everyone at the event is expected to behave decently towards everyone else. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who does not — without a refund, and at our discretion.

Accommodation, travel, food and drink are not included in any pass unless a pass says so.

This page’s content

The text, photography and marks on this page belong to MICA, to AYÀ Resort or to the partners they identify, and are not free to reuse. The Rewind and Leggo marks belong to their owners and appear here with permission.

Liability and law

We take responsibility for what the law does not let us exclude, and nothing here limits your rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the event or from this page.
